Service

ClearCase is a software tool that assists migration professionals in preparing Australian visa applications. It is an assistive tool — it does not make visa decisions, provide legal advice, or guarantee any application outcome.

Licensing

ClearCase is licensed on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Each licence is for a single installation on a single machine. The Agency tier permits up to 5 user accounts on one installation.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into ClearCase. All documents, statements, and submissions generated by ClearCase must be reviewed by a qualified migration professional before lodgement with the Department of Home Affairs.

AI-Generated Content

Statements and analyses generated by ClearCase are produced by artificial intelligence. While ClearCase is designed to produce accurate, evidence-anchored output, AI-generated content may contain errors. You must verify all generated content before use.

Data

ClearCase processes data locally on your machine. We do not access, store, or transmit your client data. See our Privacy Policy for details on AI processing.

Limitation of Liability

ClearCase and Blueprints are not liable for visa refusals, delays, or any consequences arising from the use of the software. ClearCase is a preparation tool, not a decision-making authority.
